Happy Burpday Rice Cake!


HAHAHA!

I'm sure this was just taken as a joke.
But it might be for real.
Whole cold rice with a semi-burnt bottom part turned upside down used as a cake subsitute!
Think of pineapple upside down cake.

This just goes to show how creative and ingenious the Filipinos are.
